No. This challenge is intentionally not about forcing action, motivation, or “doing more.”
The focus is on understanding why things feel hard right now, regulating your nervous system, and restoring self-trust. Any movement that happens comes from relief and clarity, not pressure.
This challenge is for high-achieving women who:
☑️ Feel stuck, hesitant, or self-doubting despite being capable
☑️ Are transitioning into entrepreneurship or a more visible role
☑️ Have tried pushing, hustling, or “being braver” and felt worse, not better
If you’ve been blaming yourself for procrastination or lack of momentum, this space is for you.
That’s exactly the point.
Confidence is not a prerequisite for this challenge, it’s something we build gently and safely over the three days. You’re not expected to share, perform, or prove anything. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
Live attendance is recommended because of the felt, embodied experience, but you don’t need to be “on” the whole time. You can listen quietly, take notes, or simply notice what lands. Each day builds on the last, so attending all three days will deepen the impact.
This is not a traditional sales event.
On Day 3, you’ll be invited to continue the work through The Courageous Pathway, but there is no urgency, pressure, or bonuses. The invitation exists because many people realise they don’t want to do this work alone. Saying no is completely okay.
